Today's polish is the beautiful Cirque Polish in Hellebore from the Objet d'Art collection. This is such a delicate polish but at the same time is a real glitter bomb! Hellebore is what I would describe as a sage green glitter explosion. There are also a few tiny fuchsia glitters in there too that make this polish very feminine and very wearable!
Application of this polish was easy to use, it applied smoothly with no dragging issues! I tested this polish earlier this week and found I needed three normal thickness coats but I still had some ( but not that noticable) VNL on my nails, for most people this wouldn't bother them, but as I decided to wear this polish out I decided I wanted full opacity without going for another coat. So when it came to swatching this polish for you I used a base coat of Barry M Gold Foil and then two thin coats and as you can see the glitter has full coverage on the nail and there is no hint of that gold undercoat.
In direct light the pink shimmer in this polish is really evident!
This is such an unique polish, and it is so glittery on the nail. I think this polish really looks great my nubbins too! This polish dries to a slightly sugary textured feel like the Zoya Pixie Dust polishes and my photos show it with one layer of Seche Vite Topcoat. The best thing about this polish though it is available right here in the UK (of course if you are international you can get this polish from Cirque themselves!) from Sally Magpie's which a specialist nail polish store catering in international and Indie polish lines. If you are a polish lover like me you need to have this site bookmarked!
